The Tempering Process
Tempering is a heat treatment process applied to alloys like steel to achieve greater toughness by decreasing the hardness of the alloy. The steel is put in fire and heated to the point right before it is liquified. Going through this process helps to remove impurities that improves the characteristics and quality of the steel.
In life the tempering process works the same on us as well. By going through challenges and adversity (the fire) we are made tougher and stronger. As we mature through this process, our impurities melt away to improve our characteristics and quality.
If you are going through a tough time or are being met with challenge, know that your struggle is creating a better you.
